White Tunics

So I know my sisters up north are still a little chilly, white down in Florida it is already warm. Season changes can be tricky especially when its still snowing in April (sorry girls). I always tried to dress according to the season and added a few layers if necessary. Going through my closet this week I noticed how many white tunics I accumulated over the years…. lol!

However, I kept most because I see them as a staple that can be warn year round so many ways!

One of my favorite go to looks is below. This white tunic is non maternity, but will be perfect for after baby too.  Also found here in a pretty floral print.

Gingham Obsession

I love how gingham can be worn in so many different ways and in so many different seasons. Spring gingham is so in right now, its everywhere I look it feels like! From pants to dresses.  I love this off the shoulder gingham dress its so comfy, I’m wearing a size 4 but its selling out so fast so I linked similar ones below!! Also you’ll see these shoes all spring and summer long- they sold out last year fast but this year they are back and come in sooo many colors! Grace talked Anne and I into getting them because she always talked about how comfortable so we got them early this year and I can honestly say they are definitely worth the $!

SIX Dresses under $50

So in Florida its already pretty warm so lucky for me I have been living in dresses. It makes dressing this bump a lot easier. Below are 5 recent dresses .. none are maternity and all are under $50! Lately I have been living in these adidas… glad I finally got them because they are so easy to wear with everything! I also just purchased these sandals, as tying shoes is getting a little harder! All are non maternity.. but if I wasn’t wearing dresses everyday I would totally get this embroidered top my sisters got!

Two ways to wear loafers

Spring is here and so are loafers! I have to admit I was back and forth about getting a pair because I was unsure how to wear them, but then realized they can be worn many ways! I got this pair  (the identical dupe for this SW pair!) for starters since they are under $40 but thinking about getting these in white or these slipons (how cute is this bow?)

Motivation Monday!

Tee – Long Sleeve – Leggings – Sneakers – Hat

Mondays are rough…so today on the blog we added some motivation to help get through the monday blues

We are going to take you through a quick work out that will give you energy and not take up your whole night!

CARDIO

Step 1: Warm up on the treadmill, make sure you stretch!

Step 2: Start with a JOG at 6.2 mph or however your treadmill is set up (just make sure it is a good pace) keep this pace for 1 minute

Step 3: At the minute marker increase your speed to a sprint/ fast run we usually go around 8.0 mph. Keep this pace for 1 minute

Step 4: Continue this sequence of jog/ spring for 15- 20 minutes or at least 2 miles.

This jog for 1 minute, sprint for 1 minute sequence will help you recover and get your heart rate really going. It will get easier after the first couple!
