So lately all of us are on a major spring/warm weather kick and have been posting bathing suits and other accessories for warm weather season. Some times I feel like you just get to a point where you want to be done with the sweaters and cold weather clothing and start planning a vacation or even just looking ahead. I (Kate) have been lucky enough to be back and forth to Arizona where the weather has been nothing short of perfect. Grace in Florida has been experiencing colder than normal weather but it will definitely warm up for sure! So if you see us transitioning to spring early its because we are too excited!!

So most of you all probably started your New Years resolutions already but I am a little behind the game and figured it would be a good way to check in!
Health Goals
Something that stresses me out is making dinner LOL! I m always on the lookout for something easy so if you have any recipes send them my way! To combat this we decided that on Sat or Sun we will sit down and try to figure out what to eat during the week and try to grab everything at the store on Sunday or Monday.
Skin Care Routine
Time to step this up as I am not getting any younger! Just ordered this mask it has great reviews. Also have used tula for a couple years. Water- I struggle drinking water ! I m trying to drink at least half my body weight in oz everyday. I actually hate plain water and my husband got me the soda stream for Christmas. I have been adding lemon to it and makes water more bearable.
Along with this I want to do less caffeine… I was totally off it being pregnant with Mason and it suddenly creeped back into my life. Probably has to do with the sleepless nights! If anyone suffers from raynoids (a circulation disease that restricts blood to fingers and toes making it painful) I have noticed symptoms are almost 100% better when I am off caffeine. I have slowly started to mix half Teecino coffee with my regular. Teecino is made of herbs and contains no caffeine. It did take me a little to adjust to the taste. I love the mocha though!
Be Present
Setting a goal of spending an hour with my husband a day. Sometimes it is hard he gets home late, and there is always catch up stuff I want to get done . We will just use that hour to do something together, whether its laundry or playing with Mason. With him being in the military I have to keep in mind that he could deploy again anytime: (
Go to bed earlier– 11 the latest! Sometimes my sisters and I have a habit of staying up too late to do blog posts! i should really use the time in the morning when Mason wakes me up at 5:)
Sunblock– I am so lazy about this but living in Florida the sun is so strong! I just ordered this mist spray It has great reviews and looks easy enough to just spray on.
Fun Goals
Family vacation- Since having Mason it feels like we havent been home much, between visiting family and the occasional work travel. I cant wait to stay home for at least a month, but we were talking about planning something!
Half Marathon- Thinking about doing another half! I got the apple watch for Christmas and it tracks mileage my using GPS ! I am obsessed. I used to swear by my fitbit.. I had this one, but it kept falling off then died
Professional
As of this month I will be blogging full time. Life throws twists and turns and my full time HR job contract ended. We are really excited for this upcoming year to share some new content and ideas! If you have anything you would like to see more or less of please let us know 🙂 Also my first priority is to be a wife and full time mom to Mason.
Oh and I realize there is coffee in my pict below but its decaf! My usual order at Dunkins is decaf with half a shot of mocha syrup, NS hazelnut and almond milk. My sisters usually just get caramel reg cream lol. My husband still needs me to text him this order LOL!
