Back at it! Sorry have been slacking on Motivation Monday posts! I am excited to share this one from this past week. I did 3 circuits of it and was sore for two days! I m going to attempt 4 circuits this week! I also paired it with a 30 min beach run.
A few tips…move fast. This is the key for this to be effective and getting your heart rate up!
Drink water.
Have a snack or pre workout fuel. (helps me get through!)
- tricep pull downs 3×12
- ball sit ups 3×15
- one legged squat with back leg on bosu ball 20 x 3 (each leg)
- mountain climers 3×30
- pull ups 3×10 (use band or helper)
- jump squats 30×3
- push ups on bosu ball 20×3

Some workout gear I can not live with out in this heat
- These sunglasses might not be the most stylish ones, but they are durable and so easy to wear ! I dont know what I did before them!
- Sports Bras loving this new zipper one
- Spandex shorts I have these nikes in all colors! They dont ride up and dry so fast
- A good pair of sneaks (this pair comes in several colors!)
- Sunblock– this is this only type I can use. It is not sticky and doesnt make me break out
- A good headband ! Also found this one for $4!!
- A good water bottle this one stays cold for 24 hours! I love to add fruit in my water too. Kibbles loves it too!
- a loose fitting tank . Also love this camo one!
- Workout leggings or crops (just got these obsessed). I love leggings but since moving to florida I barely wear them. However, these leggings are on my wish list! Keeping an eye out on them with the NSALE starting this Friday!!!
- A cute top! Because some weekend days I just dont change! 🙂
- A treat to look forward too! I posted about arctic zero. If you havent tried this yet, its a must! Each PINT is between 35-70 calories…yes I said PINT! Check them out! Im loving the flavor cookie shake this week. Kibbles loves it too! If you arent able to find a store near you it can be shipped directly to your door! Can’t go wrong with ice cream delivery!!
