
So as some of you loyal followers know, my husband is in the air force. One of our favorite weekend activities is to start our Saturday with a work out. With him being deployed (I know i cringe telling readers this, but I seriously doubt anyone dangerous is reading this!) he still sends me workouts! I asked him to send me this one because I forgot it. This is one of my favorites because its really quick. Literally the hardest part, for me at least is getting there. Good luck! let me know what you think. A tip for this is to go as fast and hard as you can and time yourself.! Also, modify it to whichever you feel fits your fitness level better.
BEGINNER CHALLENGE
1/2 mile run
25 push ups
50 sit ups
100 air squats
1/2 mile run
HALF CHALLENGE
1 mile run
50 push ups
25 pull ups (use band or help)
50 sit ups
100 sit ups
1 mile run
Of course cute workout clothes make it a little less painful… I am seriously in love with these work out leggings (similar pair on sale). I mean how cute are the bows in the back?? If you haven’t tried the beyond yoga brand, I highly recommend it. Something you can’t tell from online shopping is how SOFT these pants and top are. Also comes in a sports bra version. Got my headband at Forever 21. Also love these ones (they dont slip!) NIKES or here– my go to!
