I had the best time visiting my boyfriend in Arlington, VA. I couldn’t be more obsessed with the look of this whole area! The town houses and brick details are so cute and, rain or shine, are always perfect for picture taking! One of the things I love about him living in Arlington is how close it is to D.C., Alexandria, and Reston! (just a few of my favorite areas)

Over the weekend we took ride to Old Town Alexandria and had dinner at BlackWall Hitch—seriously the coolest designed place and the food was really good too, especially the Grapefruit Wine Crush signature cocktail 🙂 After dinner we drove across the bridge to Savannah’s Candy Kitchen at the National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. So worth the drive and the candy is AMAZING! (you have to try to gophers, they are massive ‘turtles’)

The next day we met some college friends in D.C. for brunch at Brookland’s Finest (so yummy!) and took a day trip to Annapolis, MD! Annapolis is home to the Naval Academy and is such a gorgeous town. We spent the day walking around the harbor and downtown shops. I love the rustic look, every shop is so unique and historic.
